Our Mission
Shades of Excellence is a school-based mentorship program committed to nurturing the brilliance within ALL girls ages 6-17, especially the BIPOC population. Our mission is to provide a supportive and empowering environment that fosters personal growth, academic achievement, and self-advocacy. We strive to equip these young minds with the tools, guidance, and inspiration needed to break barriers, embrace their heritage, and excel in a diverse world.
